We are the oldest continuously running hash in the United States. We meet Saturdays at 3:00pm, socialize a bit, and then go running/walking along a trail set by a member (the hare). This is a group of local Suffolk area runners, walkers and cyclists who are interested in meeting up to run, walk or bike with friends.  Distances will range from 3 miles to 22 miles depending on what group members are training for at any given time.  Regardless of your running or walking ability, you will find motivation and camaraderie as we strive for our fitness goals.

A new sport. Do you like football, tag, ultimate frisbee, basketball, soccer, and/or playing catch? Then chances are you will enjoy angleball. Two 10ft poles are placed roughly 40 yards apart. At the top of the poles is a kickball. There is a 10ft safety zone around the poles offensive players can not enter with the playing ball. The playing ball is a kids nurf soccer ball. This is a group to organize local pick-up games of Ultimate Frisbee, in and around the Richmond, VA area. If you're unfamiliar with the sport, Ultimate Frisbee(UF) is essentially football played with a frisbee, except the minor fact that you can't run if you have the disc.
