This is a group of local Suffolk area runners, walkers and cyclists who are interested in meeting up to run, walk or bike with friends.  Distances will range from 3 miles to 22 miles depending on what group members are training for at any given time.  Regardless of your running or walking ability, you will find motivation and camaraderie as we strive for our fitness goals.

This group is to promote fun, interesting and challenging  events (biking/hiking/running/orienteering/adventure racing/travel/backpacking/kayaking/rock climbing ect.) Runners, walkers and wheelers are invited to take part in Riverside Rehabilitation Institute’s 23rd annual 5k by the Bay on May 4. The proceeds from this year’s race, set along the picturesque Chesapeake Bay, will benefit the Riverside Rehabilitation Giving Fund, which benefits patients that need assistance with their medical care.
