Our motto is "If you don't enjoy running you're not doing it right". Minimalist runners are more than welcome and we strongly encouraged all runners to attend our meet-ups to learn how nature intended us to run.

All levels of expertise are welcome but be forewarned we are here to have fun and learn, not necessarily to compete. We are aimed a …

As a result, they are better-adjusted, healthier, and therefore, more adoptable. This program is for runners, or at least walkers who can get the dogs out for a few miles - higher paces keep the dogs more focused and gives them more exercise, and makes some of them …

Since it can also be fun to join others, the goal of this group is to function as a bulletin board for all greenway users to invite others to join in their activities.
