We are runners who live/work/run in Lower Manhattan. Members of this group are runners in their 20's and 30's, capable of running at least 4miles at a 10mm, and who want to run early in the morning or later in the evening due to a busy schedule. Recently, I set out to find a running group with whom I could run on at least a weekly basis. After running with a few groups, I quickly found that, with my work hours and location, it was difficult to find anything that really worked. While all my runs …

Knowing that you have the support of others, the fabulous views of the park, and hudson river will make it that much easier. You should come and join our runs if you love to run, it is now a part of your life, or it is something you have a …
