We are a group of people in the Cooper City area committed to motivating each other to begin or continue to run regularly for fitness and fun!

We started this group to make it easier for runners and bikers to gather in groups for fun and safety. We especially want to help people who can't run in the morning when most other local groups meet. So invite your friends and let's get out and run.
