The Belle Isle running group is a relaxed and fun bunch, made up of runners with different paces (from 8:30 to 10:30). All paces are welcome. We meet Mon,Wed and Friday at 6am and typically run between 5 to 8 miles with long runs on Saturday and some Sundays. Monday is dedicated to speed work. We plan to run the Baldwin Park half in November and the Space Coast full and or half in November.
