Sometimes it is easier to go for a run or walk if someone does it with you. The trouble is that it can be hard to find that someone. I enjoy running with my dog and I know that there are others out there as well. I created this is fun, non-competitive group for people who enjoy running with their dog. All running levels and breeds are welcome. Members are encouraged to recommend running routes. Routes can be on pavement or off-road trails. During the winter months, I anticipate meet-ups only happening on weekends and/or holidays. When the days get longer, we can schedule some after work.

THERE IS NOTHING more natural than hiking through nature barefoot. The soles of your feet and toes are wonderful sensory organs and the myriad of feelings from earth, grass, moss, pine-needles, and mud are wonderful. Many could not see hiking any other way. HIKING BAREFOOT causes virtually no trail erosion since a bare foot makes much less of an imprint than a booted foot. Bare feet are therefore the environmentally sound choice for hiking. THE BAREFOOT HIKERS are groups of people who enjoy hiki …

Running energy through these bars releases the electrical charge that holds all considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs or attitudes you have ever stored or decided were important in any lifetime. It‘s like deleting old files off your computer. One Bars session releases lifetimes of limi …

This group originated with the belief that people within the same basic age range seem to bond the best. So, it is oriented towards those of us who are somewhere in their 30's or 40's (at least at heart). In general, the atmosphere is laid back and welcoming (but can be quite crazy too). People who come to several events have often become very good friends. Yet, please do not be mistaken: We are still open to meeting new people and making new friends. After all, we believe that variety is th …
