We are a running group of Team in Training Spring 2010 Alumni. We want to still have folks to run with and help us all train for our next endurance event. All levels of runners are welcome to join us. We just ask that you take care of your own running and nutritional needs. (I.e. bring your own water and gels, chomps, etc)
Come out and meet other local runners for great camaraderie and motivation. Some of us jog, some of us run, some of us race, but we all have fun!
