This group is affiliated with Inside Trail Racing (www.InsideTrail.com). It is for trail runners dedicated to training for their next race, their friends they want to drag along, and for new runners considering participating in an event or just have other people to run with. We will meet every Wednesday and on non-race weekends for longer runs.
