Aprés Run was born out of the idea that a run can be more fun with a tea/coffee/brunch or night out to look forward to when you cross the finish line! Whether you're an experience club runner or doing the couch to 5km, Aprés Run provides the place for you to meet other active people with an interest in running or an intention to start!

I love technology. I do. I love it. I often don't know how it all works, but I often know enough to appreciate how good the technology is. Let's discuss all things technological... offline. Let's meet up and share thoughts and ideas about current, emerging and future technologies. (No sales people please- we all know where to buy stuff). When we're up and running we will invite some guest speakers to our meeting and see what other interesting stuff is out there.
