I really need to get fit! But I cannot find the motivation to do it as I need someone to spur me along so I thought I'd have a go at starting a local jogging group for ladies who also wish to get fit and have someone to jog/run with. By all means I am no athlete so this will be a beginners group but hopefully it will progress to a more regular thing and we will get fitter, thinner and faster together all whilst enjoying each others company and supporting one another.
