The group will be aimed not just at the training of the body, but on the entire human spectrum: the mind, the spirit AND the body. We will be infusing the running with brief meditations, basic e …
Welcome to our stroller run/walk club. I started this group because I think running or walking is the best and easiest exercise to do with a little one and everything is better with a great group of people to do it with!

So you work in Innovation in a large organisation? Hard isn't it! Just how do you get people to come up with new ideas and then run with them, turning them into new products, services or ways of doing things. I have found that there is no right way to do this, but one way that does work is to share stories, issues and problems with people working on the same problem. So - if you run an innovation or R&D programme, we would love you to join our fledgling group.
