I recently moved to Sydney from New York where I ran a similar bootcamp in Central Park. My motto is simple. Fitness should be free and fun. Therefore once again I will be running free bootcamp sessions weekly on Wednesday evenings in the CBD, which will be sociable and centre on aerobic fitness and core body strength.
