We are planning a "Hill of Life" run this Saturday at 9:00 A.M. at 1766 Scottish Woods Trail . This location is at a small park/trail head In a neighborhood. There is plenty of on street parking. We will meet by the trail head. Lately we have been going to breakfast afterwards depending on the group concensus.
We typically run for 45 or 50 minutes at a moderate pace. Read more
