This will be a 5+ mile run. Starting at Sports Basement, we will run Chrissy Field toward the Golden Gate bridge. We will take the stairs up to the GG bridge toll plaza. After passing underneath the bridge, we will join up on the Land's End trail and run south from the toll plaza. We will run down to Baker Beach (Warning: you might see some nudity there. Second warning: it is never the people you want to see naked) and then up the sand ladder and back to the toll plaza. We will return to Sports Basement via the Presidio.

Although this is only 5 miles, there will be a lot of elevation change in a short period. We will go up to the toll plaza, down to baker beach, then back up and back down.

We will be done by 11 AM.

Plenty of free parking in the Sport Basement parking lot.
