Introduction
Hi, I use to be a crosscountry runner, back in the day. I am interested in running again. I cannot keep a consistent schedule. I have big little people, 7 and 5. I have nothing to put them in. I would like to keep a schedule for more than 3 mo.
What are you running goals?

To begin running consistently, starting at 3 miles run and jog. Then 5 miles, until I get to 10 miles.

What is your running level? (middle-of-the-packer, long-distance, beginner, etc)

Beginner runner.

How did you hear about our group and what do you expect to get out of it?

From Jeffrey's groups.

What days and times are best for you to run with the group?

Don't have a good time. I am always with children and no support, or sitter for this kind of activity. It's crazy.

What are some of your favorite trails in the area?

I have only been here for 18 months. I have no idea, would love to discover some.
