Introduction

I'm trying to get back into running. I have walk/jog this years 5k (reid park komen race) but jog around my neighborhood (when I can make time. My exercise routine is casual hikes, and only jog occassionally (my runs are slow paced).

Can you run at least 3 miles without stopping?

slowly jog yes. i havent run for a while but can keep a jog for 3mi.

Do you prefer trails or paved runs?

paved runs or grass trails. i dont like running on rough hiking trails (i have weak ankles)

What pace do you like to run at?

i can sustain a 10/12 min mile for 3mi

What distance (range) do you like to run?

at my neighborhood, i jog/walk about 6-7 mi

When would you like to run with the group (mornings, evenings, weekends)?

weekends
