let's meet for an easy cool 3 miler friday morning on the rillito bike path. we'll do a 3mi loop at a conversational pace. there is a 2 mile cutoff for anyone who wants to cut the run short; i'll just be doing 3 miles (racing in long beach that weekend) but there is plenty of opportunity to run longer if you so desire.
