What Pace Do You Run 3-4 Miles?

I am trying to see what would happen if we were to make the group run a little more advanced. Please tell me how fast you run. I would like to hear from people who have not made it out yet to a run also. Ex.: If you run an 8:30 pace, you would pick 8-9 minute pace.
