Austin Running Club

We meet at The Rock which is right under MOPAC on the North side of Town Lake.

Our pace is 8-10 minutes per mile. I will switch up the runs from 3 to 5 miles, flat and fast, maybe hilly. Roll the dice... Get in a great run!

Beginners and walkers are welcome to follow the 3 mile trail - it is good.

I will always have on either a blue ARC cap or shirt.

Maybe dinner at El Arroyo after for those who want to go.

If you are really going to go out afterwards there are showers at Deep Eddie Pool right next to where we run.

    Looks like rain is gone. I will be running Town Lake Wedensday 5:30. 3 or 4 miles. A sad 9.5min mile. Mopac Bridge South. Yellow tank top.

    I injured my knee yesterday while training for a triatholon and wont be able train for at least 2 weeks
