Introduction
I'm running my first marathon (Seattle) this year and would like to train with other people
Do you like to run before or after work? City or Trail? How far or how much time do you give to each run? Where do you like to Run?

I usually run after work or during lunch. I run along the waterfront downtown Seattle during lunch and I love running along Lake Washington.

What is your running pace (run a mile in...8 minutes? 12?) Any other things you'd like to share?

About 9 min/mile unless a super long run then closer to 10 min/mile

Are you interested in social events, potlucks, BBQs etc, or just here to find running partners?

I'm interested in all events.

Are you nursing any injuries and perhaps looking to take it slow for now?
