Hi All!
I had multiple requests for an interval run, so here it is! This run will be about 5 miles in total length, starting at Amory playground and going to the Esplanade to avoid traffic. With the midsummer season upon us, thoughts turn to the fall marathon and racing season. What better way to try and pick up some speed than with intervals? biggrin

Amory Playground is at the corner of Freeman Street and Amory Street in Brookline, between Commonwealth and Beacon Streets. There is a parking lot there where you can leave you car and you can also park on Amory Street if necessary. It is also T accessible if you take the B line to BU West or the C line to Kent Street. Also, the park is undergoing some construction so if you see a big field with a few buldozers and lots of overturned dirt, you are in the right place! :) Lastly, 100 Amory Street is not really the park address but if you use Google maps and plug that in, you will see where the playground is.
