Hi! I've beena runner for 8 years, but not so consistant lately. I'd love to meet other runners and have people to run with.
path along LSD, usually start around division street.
4-5 miles during the week. like to do longer on the weekends. "training" (i say the loosely!) for the rock'n roll 1/2 right now.
run the 1/2 at a 9:00 pace (fast for me). get back to running more often (4-5 times a week).
