We will meet at the fountain in Dupont Circle. Course this week will head out Rock Creek Park. We will head out approximately 55 minutes and return the same. Pace will be approximately 9 minute miles and distance will be around 12 miles. Anyone is welcome to attend (no matter the pace or the distance), however you may have to run by yourself - unless there are others who want to run same pace and distance. In your RSVP, please indicate your desired pace and distance and then you can see others who might be interested in the same. This run will start at 7:30 am**
